Everything needed to write about Soos Labs accurately, without asking first.
The short version
Soos Labs is an independent product studio. It makes focused apps that explain what is already in front of you — the sky, the weather, a QR code, your own internet address — without accounts, tracking or unnecessary complexity. Every app ships in nine languages and keeps working offline.
The apps
- Astra · Live
- The sky, read every morning — astradays.com
- Outside · Live
- Weather in one sentence — howsoutside.com
- ReadQR · Live
- Point at a code, understand it — readqr.app
- getmyip · Live
- Your address, explained — getmyip.pro
- glitchmap · Live
- Is it down, or is it you? — glitchmap.com
- Shelly Gems · Soon
- A cozy merge puzzle — shellygems.com
- Swarmline · Soon
- Hold the line against the swarm — swarmline.app
Naming
- Soos Labs — two words, both capitalised. Not SoosLabs or SOOS LABS in running text.
- getmyip is lowercase, always. ReadQR has a capital Q and R.
- The studio is the publisher; the apps are the products. «Astra by Soos Labs» is correct.
